All paintings, wearable art, prints, and products are final sale. Please email us at 
loramardenart@gmail.com with questions or concerns.

If artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of 
the artwork, packaging, and shipping box so we may assist with the carrier or insurer.

ARTWORK COPYRIGHT & IMAGE RIGHTS 

All artwork created by Lora Marden is protected under United States copyright law. The 
artist retains all rights to original artwork, including sold and commissioned works. 
This includes but is not limited to photograph, publish, reproduce, and create prints or 
derivative works from any artwork, unless full or partial reproduction rights are 
separately purchased by the collector in addition to the original artwork.

The purchase of a painting or reprint does not transfer copyright. Collectors may 
not reproduce, copy, scan, license, or otherwise use the artwork for commercial or non-
commercial purposes without prior written permission from the artist. 

When you purchase an original painting or reprint, you are granted the right to display 
the artwork in your home or business. The artwork may not be resold, licensed, or 
reproduced without the written consent from the artist. 

If artwork installed in your home or business is photographed or featured in magazines, 
publications, or other media  (Congratulations!) credit to Lora Marden Art is kindly 
requested. 


REPRODUCTION RIGHTS & EXCLUSIVITY 

Some collectors choose to purchase full or partial reproduction rights to their artwork, 
including the option to ensure a piece will never be reproduced as a print. These rights 
are available for purchase separately and must be agreed upon in writing.
